Abstract

Кризові явища в економіці, які відбувалися у світі протягом останніх років, підкреслили необхідність ефективного регулювання економічних процесів, особливо в тих галузях, що відзначаються високим рівнем ризику та невизначеності. Науковці вважають, що країни з високим рівнем розвитку активно залучаються до протидії кризовим явищам шляхом застосування відповідних методів антикризового управління. The fundamental principles, strategies and consequences of the implementation of anti-crisis measures at public sector entities were studied. Anti-crisis management is a response to the challenges of risks associated with the possible occurrence of crisis situations, and should be an integrated component of the overall management system. Crises can be predicted, accelerated, anticipated, postponed or mitigated; you can and should prepare for them. Crisis management requires specific approaches, knowledge and experience, and can accelerate and minimize the consequences of crisis situations. Key components of successful crisis management were identified, including strategic planning, risk assessment, crisis monitoring and stakeholder engagement. The importance of anti-crisis management for increasing the stability and stability of public sector entities, their preparedness for crises and their management is substantiated.
