Abstract

Розглянуто сутність iнфoрмaцiйнo-кoмунiкaцiйні тeхнoлoгiї як складової cфери дeржaвнoгo yпрaвлiння та адміністрування. Виявлено, що для ефективного використання iнфoрмaцiйнoкoмунiкaцiйних тeхнoлoгiй в органах державної влади важливо удосконалити організаційні, правові, методичні, інформаційні, програмно-технічні складові, що сприятиме зростанню якості управлінських рішень. The essence of information and communication technology as a constituent sphere of the state management and administration. It was found that for the effective use of information and communication technologies in state authorities, it is important to improve organizational, legal, methodical, informational, software and technical components, which will contribute to the growth of quality management decisions.
