| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто питання щодо організації заходів економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства при реалізації процесів торгівлі й комерційної діяльності. У ході дослідження зазначено, що торговельні підприємства формують один з ключових базисів економічного сектору України. До повномасштабного вторгнення росії в Україну підприємства торговельної сфери показали позитивну динаміку товарообороту. Але в кризових умовах, викликаних воєнним станом, для підприємств сфери торгівлі виникли певні небезпеки й загрози, зокрема для торговельної й комерційної діяльності, негативний вплив яких, потрібно своєчасно виявляти та мінімізувати. Тому, для забезпечення розвитку сфери торгівлі та з метою підвищення рівня торговельної й комерційної діяльності торговельних підприємств, в систему стратегічного менеджменту варто впроваджувати заходи з економічної безпеки. У ході дослідження дано визначення поняттю «економічна безпека торговельного підприємства». Окреслено та розглянуто фактори економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства. Здійснено аналіз структурних елементів системи забезпечення економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства. Визначено заходи управлінсько-організаційного, матеріального (ресурсного) та законодавчо-нормативного характеру для забезпечення економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства. Запропоновано методику забезпечення економічної безпеки в системі організації торгівлі та комерційної діяльності торговельного підприємства. |
| Description: | The article considers the issues of organisation of measures of economic security of a trading enter-prise during the implementation of trade and commercial activities. In the course of the study, it was noted that trade activity allows to support domestic producers, increase their competitiveness, and contribute to the overall economic structure of the country. It is specified that trade enterprises form one of the fundamental basis of the economic sector of Ukraine. Prior to russia's full-scale invasion to Ukraine, trade enterprises showed positive turnover dynamics. Nevertheless, in the crisis conditions caused by martial law, certain dangers and threats have arisen for trade enterprises, in particular for trade and commercial activities, the negative impact of which must be timely identified and minimised. Therefore, in order to ensure the development of the trade sector and to increase the level of trade and commercial activity of trade enterprises, economic security measures should be embedded into the strategic management system. While writing the article the following methods have been used: logical method – for formation of the definition of the term «economic security of a trade enterprise»; abstract and logical method – for theoretical generalisation and formulation of conclusions; analytical method –for analysis of structural elements of the system of ensuring economic security of a trade enterprise; methods of synthesis – for determination of measures of managerial, organisational, material and regulatory nature for ensuring economic security of a trade enterprise. In the course of the study, there has been defined the concept of «economic security of a trade enterprise». The factors of economic security of a trade enterprise are outlined and considered. The article analyses structural elements of the system of ensuring economic security of a trade enterprise. The measures of managerial and organisational, material (resource), legislative and regulatory nature for ensuring the economic security of a trade enterprise have been defined. A methodology for ensuring economic security in the system of trade organisation and commercial activity of a trade enterprise has been proposed. |
