| Description: | Research basic administrative legal aspects of lead through of research works in agrarian sphere, for the purpose of definition of the most effective ways of adaptation of activity of scientific institutions to modern conditions of the market are investigated. Expediency of perfection of a legal regulation of the mechanism of regulation of research works of an agrarian direction. |
