| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються особливості формування та використання людського капіталу сільських територій. Виявлено поступове зниження зайнятих працівників у сільськогосподарських підприємствах унаслідок впровадженням інноваційних технологій, що спричиняє зниження трудоємкості виробничих процесів та орієнтацію більшості сільськогосподарських підприємств на виробництво менш трудомісткої продукції рослинництва. Аргументовано, що скорочення виробництва тваринницької продукції в сільськогосподарських підприємствах зумовило більш ніж дворазове зниження чисельності зайнятих працівників. Доведено поширення в середовищі агробізнесу такого негативного явища як залучення для виконання певних технологічних операцій без укладання трудової угоди. Обґрунтовано заходи щодо підвищення якості людського капіталу та ефективності його використання на основі підвищення рівня продуктивності праці, застосування сучасних технологій і систем механізації, запровадження нормування, підготовки та підвищення кваліфікації. |
| Description: | The article considers the peculiarities of the formation and use of human capital in rural areas. There has been a gradual decline in employment in agricultural enterprises due to the introduction of innovative technologies, which reduces the complexity of production processes and the orientation of most agricultural enterprises to produce less labor-intensive crop products. It is argued that the reduction in livestock production in agricultural enterprises has led to more than a twofold decrease in the number of employees. The spread of such a negative phenomenon in the agribusiness environment as involvement in certain technological operations without concluding an employment agreement has been proved. Measures to improve the quality of human capital and the efficiency of its use on the basis of increasing the level of labor productivity, the use of modern technologies and mechanization systems, the introduction of rationing, training and retraining are substantiated. |
