Abstract: У сучасному суспільстві, яке дуже швидко змінюється, основною метою освіти є розвиток особистості, яка здатна до саморозвитку та самореалізації. Тому, важливі зміни повинні відбутися в створенні інноваційної системи освіти, розвитку професійної компетенції викладача, розвитку професійно-цінносних орієнтацій і якостей, творчого стилю мислення, оволодіння викладачами інноваційними технологіями розвитку індивідуальності студентів для досягнення запланованого результату.
Description: In today's society, which is changing very quickly, the main goal of education is the development of a personality capable of self-development and self-realization. Therefore, the important changes should take place in the creation of an innovative system of education and development professional competence of the teacher, development of professional value orientations and qualities, creative style of thinking, mastery of innovative teachers technologies for the development of students' individuality to achieve the planned goals and result.
