Abstract: У тезах висвітлюється проблема підтримки України з боку міжнародних донорів та партнерів із розвитку. Уведення воєнного стану, скорочення економічної активності призвели до значного дефіциту, від якого страждають державний та місцеві бюджети, а також до істотного зменшення видатків на освіту, оскільки всі можливі ресурси необхідно мобілізувати для задоволення оборонних і гуманітарних потреб.
Description: The theses highlight the problem of Ukraine's support from international donors and development partners. The introduction of martial law and the reduction of economic activity have led to a significant deficit, which affects the state and local budgets, as well as to a significant decrease in spending on education, since all possible resources must be mobilized to meet defense and humanitarian needs.
