Abstract: Розглянуто чинники, які впливають на розвиток корупційних схем у медичній галузі, суть і особливості корупції у сфері охорони здоров’я, подано статистичні дані мотивів і варіантів надання хабарів пацієнтами медичному персоналу. Розглянуто різні можливість введення обов’язкового виду медичного страхування громадян, а також схем, зміни фінансування системи охорони здоров’я. Охарактеризовано і виділено різні рівні корупції у галузі охорони здоров’я, та обґрунтовані причини їхнього виникнення.
Description: The factors that influence the development of corruption schemes in the medical field, the essence and features of corruption in the health care sector are considered, and statistical data on the motives and options for giving bribes to medical personnel by patients are presented. Various possibilities of introducing a mandatory type of health insurance for citizens, as well as schemes and changes in the financing of the health care system, were considered. Various levels of corruption in the field of health care and the justified reasons for their occurrence are characterized and highlighted.
