У посібнику також порушуються теми податкового менеджменту, антикризового управління, управління міжнародною діяльністю, а також реорганізації та ліквідації фірм. |
| Description: | The textbook outlines the basics of creating a company and their associations, raises the issue of choosing a location and organization of office communications. Attention is also paid to the types of economic activity of firms, the mechanism of intra-firm management, as well as financial management of the firm. Particular attention is paid to the establishment of labor relations in the firm. The manual also touches on the topics of tax management, crisis management, management of international activities, as well as reorganization and liquidation of companies. |
