Abstract: Ресурсна стратегія, її формування та ефективна реалізація виступає основою успішної господарської діяльності підприємств, оскільки вона забезпечує наявність виробничих ресурсів, їх належної якості, стану, структури, поєднання й умов використання. На прикладі Групи компаній «Кернел» розглянемо формування ресурсної стратегії та оцінимо ефективність механізму її удосконалення.
Description: Resource strategy, its formation and effective implementation is the basis of successful economic activity of enterprises, as it ensures the availability of production resources, their proper quality, state, structure, combination and conditions of use. Using the example of the "Kernel" Group of Companies, we will consider the formation of a resource strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of the mechanism for its improvement.
